Roll Out! Addaday Pro Massage Roller Review

Disclaimer: I received a free Addaday Roller to review as a BibRave Pro. Check out to learn more about becoming a BibRave Pro (ambassador) and also to find and write race reviews!

The Addaday Pro Massage Roller is a MUST HAVE for any athlete!  With a variety of different style knobs, and several how-to videos, Addaday has truly created a superior muscle roller to help massage those sore muscles for faster relief and recovery.

Why use a muscle roller?  As any athlete can attest, muscles get sore with use.  The more we use our muscles, the more we can feel them tightening.  As the amount of athletic training increases, the more important it becomes to help massage those muscles.  Using a tool such as the Addaday Pro Massage Roller can help loosen tight muscles, and make recovery a much quicker and less painful process.

There are several different methods and ways to use the Addaday Pro Massage Roller.  Different grips and parts of the roller create a completely new massage experience.  The unique knobs allow for a wide range of muscles to be worked out.

I have tried several different brands of hand-held massagers, and none have come close to the Addaday Pro Massage Roller.  This is a portable tool for any and all athlete, and I do not leave home without it.  I highly recommend that every athlete pick one of these babies up!

Never used a muscle roller before?  No worries!  The Addaday website is filled with loads of tutorials and tips on how to get the most out of your roller.  I watched several of the tutorial videos, and learned some amazing techniques that really improved my rolling experiences.

Before long, I started looking forward to my rolling sessions so much, that I began to bring it with me and roll on the go.
