I have been overweight for all of my adult life.
I was active and ate semi-healthy, but the weight did not go away. I tried several diet plans, trainers, and programs from which I would get some results (5-10 pounds of weight loss) before getting stuck again.
I began using a nutritional supplement program and saw a bit more weight loss, but I remained overweight and miserable in my own skin. Finally, I found the magic fix! Working out and eating healthy!
This is my journey, one step at a time. I am now down 40 pounds, building muscle and running races I never thought I could. I am no longer trying to be thin, but working to be strong!
I stopped focusing on being thin, and now spend my time improving my health and happiness. It’s been an amazing journey so far, and I can’t wait to see where it takes me in the future.
